RETURN POLICY

 

Due to sanitary reasons, we do not accept any returns or exchanges. If you receive a damaged product, you have 24 hours from delivery to notify us of product condition. ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

 

ORDER PROCESSING

 

All orders are processed and shipped within 3-5 business days. Shipping time may vary depending on courier and geographic location. Orders cannot be modified in any way after the order is placed. For orders over $100, someone over the age of 18 must sign for package.

Virgin hair is hair that has been steamed processed or chemically altered in someway. Raw hair is hair that has not been chemically processed raw Cambodian hair is full and usually comes in straight, wavy, and curly. Raw hair can last years with the right care.
